Set up VPN for off-campus access

Reaching internal systems and library databases from home.Setting up off-campus access.
The VPN is only needed for internal systems, licensed library databases and network file shares. Moodle, email and the student portal work directly from anywhere.
1. Download the VPN client for your operating system from the IT downloads page.
2. Add a connection to vpn.qiu.edu.iq
3. Sign in with your normal portal username and password.
4. Approve the push notification on your enrolled phone.
If the second factor never arrives, your device enrolment has lapsed. Open a ticket with Identity & Access to re-enrol it.
