Microsoft Office says your licence has expired

Reactivating Office. Our Microsoft 365 licence follows your university account, so activation problems are almost always a sign-in problem. 1. Open Word or Excel, then File → Account. 2. If a personal Microsoft account is listed, sign out of it. 3. Sign in with your full university email address. 4. Close every Office app and reopen one. Licences require revalidation every 30 days. If you have been off campus, connect to the VPN once and reopen Office. Graduating students keep the licence for 90 days after their end date, after which Office reverts to read-only mode.
