Connect to the campus Wi-Fi (eduroam)

Connecting a device to the campus wireless network. 1. Open your device's Wi-Fi settings. 2. Select the network named eduroam. 3. Enter your FULL university email address as the username. This is the single most common mistake — a bare username will always fail. 4. Enter your portal password. 5. Accept the certificate warning; our certificate is issued by the university CA. If authentication fails repeatedly, your password has probably expired. Reset it on the student portal and try again — eduroam uses the same directory credentials. If you connect but have no internet, forget the network and rejoin; a stale DHCP lease is usually the cause.
