Reset a forgotten portal password

Self-service password reset, and what to do when the account is locked.Resetting your password.
1. Go to the portal sign-in page.
2. Click Forgot password.
3. Enter your university email address.
4. Open the reset link sent to your recovery address. It expires after 30 minutes.
5. Choose a new password of at least 8 characters.
Account locked? Five failed attempts locks the account for 15 minutes. Wait it out rather than retrying.
No access to your recovery email? For security we cannot reset it remotely. Bring photo ID to the IT Service Desk.
