Cannot access Moodle or the student portal

When Moodle or the portal will not load. Start by checking the status banner on the IT homepage — if there is a platform incident, we are already working on it and a ticket will not speed it up. If the platform is up but you cannot get in: 1. Open a private/incognito window. This rules out cache and extension problems in one step. 2. Clear cookies for the site if the private window works. 3. Try a different browser entirely. 4. Disable ad blockers, which sometimes break the embedded content player. If you can sign in but see no courses, your enrolment has not been processed. That is a Registry matter — contact them directly.
